In order to volunteer, you must be an APPROVED VOLUNTEER which simply means you have been background checked by FISD.
To become an approved volunteer for the entire school year, create a FISD Volunteer Account and provide the requested information here: https://friscoisd.voly.org. It may take 3-5 business days to receive your approved confirmation email although some are receiving approval status within minutes. This process only needs to be completed once per school year.
BEFORE volunteering for your first event of the school year, please check your approval status. You can do so by logging into your FISD Volunteer Account and clicking “My Applications” in the top menu bar. You will see a GREEN STATUS BOX for all items once you are approved.
