Band Fees Scholarship Application
Policy Statement:
The Clark Middle School Band Boosters have budgeted a finite amount of funds for the purpose of assisting qualified
students with 50% of the cost of yearly band fees. Only current and qualified Clark Middle school band members are
eligible.
Criteria For Selection:
(1) Demonstrate a financial hardship that would prevent payment of the full amount.
(2) In the case of instrument repair, applicant agrees to pay for any damages to the instrument outside of normal use &
wear.
The Cougar Band Boosters have authorized the formulation of a scholarship committee to evaluate all applicants for
selection. Chaired by the band director, Mr. Katz, this committee will be comprised of selected members of the CMS
faulty and current band parents. Mr. Katz reserves the right to terminate any scholarship for criteria violations.
As scholarship funds are limited, applications submitted for this scholarship are not in any way guaranteed acceptance.
