Clark Middle School Cougar Band– Meet the Instrument Day!

Location: Clark Middle School 4600 Colby Dr Frisco, TX 75035

We are inviting all rising 6th graders to come and sample up to 11 different band instruments, including: Flute, Oboe, Bassoon, Clarinet, Saxophone, French Horn, Trumpet, Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba, and Percussion.

There is NO obligation to join and the event is free!  Spots will fill up fast so don’t wait! You may bring your family. The event can last an hour or longer.

After you have signed up and if you need to change your time, please email Ben Katz at katzb@friscoisd.org 

There are two days this event will take place: Saturday, January 14th AND Wednesday, January 18th. Click on the links below, you will be directed to a Sign-Up Genius where you can sign-up for a time to bring your student. Hope to see you there!

About the Band

2016 John Philip Sousa Sudler Cup Winner

This award is given “to identify, recognize and honor junior high school and middle school concert band programs that have demonstrated particularly significant high standards of excellence in concert activities over a period of several years.” The Clark Band is the only school in Frisco to have received this honor.

2014 Texas Honor Band Winner

The Clark Cougar Band is the only organization at Clark Middle School to win a State Champion title, Honor Band.
