Please, read the following instructions before you sell!
The Pen:
I-mark pens are quality products that carry a Lifetime Warranty. All pens are guaranteed against mechanical failure for as long as you own it. All pens come with an exclusive lifetime refill guarantee. You will never have to buy another refill. This can save you up to $60.00 during the life of the pen. They are great stocking stuffers and teacher's gifts.
Engraving:
I-Mark is not responsible for misspellings due to customer error! Please, have the customer fill out the order so that you are not responsible for any misspellings that may occur. Ask your customers to print all information clearly!! Engraving will be in all caps, in block letters. There is only one line of engraving per pen. No more than 24 characters including spaces, commas, etc… For key chains and money clips, no more than 3 (three) initials.
On the University Items, NO personalized engraving is available
Ordering Instructions:
1. All monies must be collected at the time of ordering.
2. An order will not be accepted without payment.
3. Checks are to be made out to: Clark Band (No Cash)
4. No Tax or Shipping Fees
5. Items ordered will be delivered to Clark by November 18th
Corporate Sales:
Custom corporate logo engraving is available with a minimum order of 50 of the same item.
Online Orders:
1. Students may log in using the campaign ID and password (see below)
to the www.JustWriteForFunds.com website.
2. Click on “log-in”, then “fundraisers”, and then follow the instructions
3. Another way to approach the online ordering is to simply give the website log-in information and your
e-mail address directly to customers. They would click on “support a fundraiser” and follow the instructions:

B. Log-in information: Campaign ID : c2253
Password: clark
All online purchases will be shipped directly to the customer (S&H + tax will be added to these purchases). Upon completion of any online order, a confirmation message will be sent to the student via e-mail. Once the student brings a copy of that confirmation to the band hall, they will be credited for the sale.
Hints:
When filling out the order form, start at the bottom of the form! This reminds you to give your customers a receipt, which is the last gold colored page of the order form. It is perforated for this purpose. Ask your customers to please print all information clearly!!
Before you turn in your order check to see that:
1. the forms are filled out correctly,
2. the payment and order amounts are the same
3. the checks are made out to the CMS Band
3a. Please do not turn in cash. Parents, please write a check for any cash that you receive from a customer
4. Customer's Check # is written on each order form
5. Student's name is on the order form and the payment envelope.
6. the forms and payment envelopes are clipped together.
There will be a box in the band hall for students to turn in orders throughout the fundraiser. Parent volunteers will be available during class on the following dates to provide prizes for all students who have turned in at least one order:
Monday, September 27th
Monday, October 4th
Tuesday, October 12th is the final deadline for forms. No prizes are handed out at this final turn-in.
